Contest Rules
Step 1 : Enter and upload photos.
Upload your favorite photo of you Dog and vote 2-14-10 through 12-31-10.
Only one (1) vote per email address will count.
Step 2 : Voting Period Ends.
We will tally votes based on the contest criteria from 1-1-11 to 1-15-11.
Step 3 : Announce the Winner
On 1/16/11 we notify winner and post to this site
